What should I wear for my portrait session?

For a timeless and polished look, we recommend wearing solid colors or simple patterns. Avoid overly bright colors or busy patterns that could distract from your face. Bring a couple of outfit options to help create variety during your session.

Do I need to pay a deposit to book my session?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. The deposit amount is 30% of the total package price and will be deducted from your final balance. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session. This ensures your booking is confirmed and helps us prepare for your shoot.

How long will it take to receive my edited photos?

You can expect your edited photos to be delivered within 7-10 business days. If you need your images sooner, we offer rush editing for an additional fee.

Do you offer digital files or prints?

All of our packages include digital files. You’ll receive high-resolution images with a print release so you can print them at your convenience. If you’d like to order prints, we also offer print packages through our preferred print lab.

How many photos will I receive?

The number of edited images you receive depends on the package you choose. For example, in our mini session, you’ll receive 7 edited photos, while our premium sessions offer up to 25 edited images. Additional images can be purchased if you'd like more.

What happens if I need to reschedule my session?

We understand that life happens! Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. A rescheduling fee may apply if notice is given after the 24-hour window.

Can I bring a friend or family member to my session?

Yes, you are welcome to bring a friend or family member to your session for support! For group portraits or family photos, we’ll gladly include loved ones in the session. Just let us know beforehand if you'd like to add more people.

Do you offer makeup and hair services?

While we don’t provide makeup and hair services, we are happy to recommend talented professionals. If you'd like a recommendation, feel free to ask when booking!

How far in advance should I book my session?

We recommend booking your session at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure we can accommodate your preferred date and time. However, we always try to work with our clients to fit them in as best as we can.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24-48 hours' notice for cancellations. If less notice is given, a cancellation fee may apply. Please check your specific package for cancellation terms.

Do you shoot events like weddings or corporate functions?
